Project Status:  Completed Fall 2004

Description:  Originally a 1920’s era office building, Orchard acquired and renovated the space into 99 one- and two-bedroom loft-style condominium units with 15,000 square feet of retail/commercial space on the ground floor. The renovation included new elevators, mechanicals, windows and interior finishes. The ground level of the building features Red Moon, a 6,000-square-foot Asian-inspired restaurant with a provocative and modern décor. For residents, a work out facility and private roof deck are added amenities. Terra Cotta remains one of the largest historic renovation projects ever completed in Downtown St. Louis.

Description:  Orchard renovated this eight-story historic office building into 77 one and two-bedroom industrial loft-style units; served by an adjacent 258 space parking garage. Building amenities include an outdoor plaza with two spas and an indoor workout facility. Orchard Development was successful in getting this building listed on the historic register by demonstrating that, during its time as an office building, it made a significant economic contribution to the commerce of Downtown St. Louis

Description:  Located in St. Louis’ historic Lafayette Square neighborhood, this unique row house community features 37 two and three-bedroom units in six buildings. Orchard worked closely with the Lafayette Square Neighborhood Association to ensure that the architecture for this project was consistent with the unique homes in the area, many of them more than 100 years old.

Project Status:  Anticipated Completion Spring 2007

Description:  This building was originally designed by world-renowned architects, Eames & Young, and built in 1907 as a warehouse. Now, in all its restored glory, it includes a two-story lobby, community roof deck, fitness center, seven-story atrium, private storage lockers and secured underground parking. In the 174, one-and two-bedroom loft-style units, there are refinished hardwood floors, large windows, in-unit laundry connections and some are even lucky enough to have a private balcony!

Description:  A $150 million project consisting of three distinct architectural elements, including The Tower, The Terraces and The Lofts. The property will include 300 residential units, commercial office space, ground-level retail and underground parking.  The project’s ideal location across the street from the new MetroLink station in Trianon will support its success as a transit-oriented development.

Project Status:  Completed 1989

Description:  This project was formerly an industrial brick and heavy timber warehouse building, renovated into 20 loft condominiums. Amenities include high ceilings, whirlpool tubs, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplaces, a 90 foot long skylight in a two story atrium and secure parking.

Project Status:  Completed 1991

Description:  Formerly a 69,000-square-foot, underutilized and rundown office building, the space has been renovated into a modern office that includes a stylized lobby with a marble floor, stainless steel stairs and a state-of-the-art security system, two high-speed elevators and new mechanical systems.

Description:  This is a new construction five-story condominium building with two levels of underground garage parking.
